999taya Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words carry the meanings below unless the context requires otherwise.

• "999taya" refers to the platform, website, and associated services operated under the 999taya brand at https://999taya.app.
• "Player" means any registered account holder who accesses 999taya services.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the funds held within a player's 999taya account that are available for wagering or withdrawal, subject to applicable conditions.
• "Services" includes all games, sports betting markets, cashier functions, and other features made available by 999taya.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions in their current version.
• "PHP" means Philippine Peso, the currency used to display all 999taya balances and transactions.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a 999taya account, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to your location;
• Not be excluded, self-excluded, or otherwise restricted from online gaming by a competent authority or through a previous 999taya account action;
• Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

999taya reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, access to the account may be restricted until the check is resolved. Opening an account for a minor or allowing a minor to access your account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one 999taya account. Opening duplicate accounts is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance in the duplicate account.

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested during the sign-up process or during a subsequent verification check.

999taya may conduct identity verification using the documents and information you provide. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. Notify support immediately if any information changes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification is a breach of these Terms. 999taya may suspend or close an account and withhold the balance pending investigation if there is a reasonable belief that account information is inaccurate.

4. Deposits

All 999taya deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted and may trigger a verification hold or account review.

Current Philippine deposit methods that may be available include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard cards. Availability depends on current cashier conditions and your account status. Check the logged-in cashier for the options and minimum amounts that apply to your account.

Deposits are normally credited promptly once confirmed by the payment provider. 999taya is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems. If a deposit is not reflected in your account after a reasonable waiting period, contact support with your transaction reference.

999taya does not accept cash deposits or payments made on behalf of the account holder by a third party. Any funds received from an ineligible source may be returned, and associated activity may be subject to review.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the payment method used for deposit, or to a verified account in your name, subject to current cashier conditions. 999taya may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to identity documents, proof of payment method, or source of funds information.

Processing times vary depending on the payment method, the amount, and whether any verification steps are pending. Current minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier. These amounts may change and the figures shown at the time of request apply.

If a withdrawal is declined or delayed, 999taya will provide a reason through the contact information registered to the account. Players should not make repeated withdrawal requests for the same amount while a previous request is under review.

Where a bonus or promotional credit has been applied to an account, withdrawal conditions specific to that bonus apply. These are set out in the applicable promotion terms and may include wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

6. Game and Betting Rules

Each 999taya game and sports betting market follows its own published rules, which are accessible before any wager is placed. These market and game rules govern how results are determined and how settlements are made. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific game or market rules, the specific rules take precedence for that event.

All 999taya game outcomes are final once settled. Sports betting results are settled in accordance with the event rules displayed with the relevant market. Overtime, abandoned events, and replay situations are handled as described in the applicable event rules.

Sports betting

Wagers are accepted at the odds displayed on the bet slip at the time of confirmation. Odds may change between viewing a market and confirming a bet. The odds shown on your confirmed bet slip are the ones that apply to that wager. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted, except where 999taya identifies a manifest error.

Manifest errors

If 999taya determines that a game result, odds display, or settlement was subject to a manifest error, it reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the player's account. 999taya will not pay out winnings that result from an obvious technical or human error, regardless of whether the affected bet has already been settled.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

999taya may offer bonuses, cashback, free spins, or other promotional credits from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, including eligibility conditions, wagering requirements, minimum odds, expiry dates, and game or market restrictions. These specific terms are provided with each promotion and form part of these Terms.

Bonus funds are separate from cash deposits and must be used in accordance with the published promotion rules before a withdrawal is processed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting stated conditions may result in the removal of the bonus and associated winnings.

999taya reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Players who appear to be misusing promotional offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play, may have promotions cancelled and their accounts reviewed.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999taya username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 999taya staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

Any activity conducted using your 999taya account credentials is your responsibility until you notify us that your account has been compromised. Contact support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Use a strong, unique password for your 999taya account. Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices. Enable any available two-factor verification options for additional protection. 999taya recommends regularly reviewing your account transaction history and reporting any discrepancy without delay.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 999taya platform:

• Opening more than one account;
• Providing false registration or verification information;
• Using payment methods not registered in your name;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated wagering designed to manipulate outcomes;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform without authorisation;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the 999taya cashier;
• Allowing a minor to access or use your 999taya account;
• Harassing or threatening other players or 999taya support staff.

999taya monitors activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended immediately, have balances withheld pending investigation, and have funds returned to their source where required by applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

999taya recognises that online gaming carries a risk of harm for some players. We provide tools including session and deposit management to support players who wish to limit their activity. These tools are available within the account settings and through the Responsible Gaming page.

If a player communicates a wish to self-exclude or take a cooling-off period, 999taya will apply that restriction in accordance with the published responsible gaming process. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period. Doing so is a breach of these Terms.

999taya may also apply responsible gaming measures to an account without a player's request where there are observable signs of problematic behaviour. This is done to fulfil our duty of care and does not constitute a penalty against the player.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

999taya may suspend or close an account at any time if it determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Verification requirements cannot be satisfied;
• Fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected;
• A legal or regulatory obligation requires it;
• The account holder has requested closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, 999taya will determine whether any remaining balance is eligible for withdrawal after deducting any outstanding amounts owed or amounts subject to an investigation hold. Bonus balances are not withdrawable at closure unless all applicable conditions were met before the closure event.

A player who wishes to close their own account may contact support at support@999taya.app. Account closure requests are normally processed within a reasonable period. Any pending bets and eligible balance at the time of closure are settled and returned according to these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

999taya provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain uptime and system performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999taya's liability to a player in connection with any dispute is limited to the amount of verified funds held in that player's account at the time the dispute arises. 999taya is not liable for indirect losses, missed profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or any service interruption.

Players are responsible for their own internet connection and device. 999taya is not liable for bets affected by connection failures on the player's side, provided the platform itself was operating correctly.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999taya platform, including but not limited to the logo, game graphics, layout, software, and written material, is the property of 999taya or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 999taya content without prior written authorisation.

Use of the 999taya brand name or logo in any external communication, social media post, or third-party website without express permission is prohibited.

14. Privacy

999taya collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how 999taya handles your information.

Player data may be used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to improve the platform experience. 999taya does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of 999taya are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.

16. Changes to These Terms

999taya may update these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, notice will be provided through the platform or via the email address registered to your account. Continued use of 999taya after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
